Modifying Circular 2/21 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
This circular amends Section 39.6.2, fraction III, subsections a) through f), of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to update the physical delivery locations and operating hours for submitting required information. The designated offices are the Main Office in Mexico City, and the Regional Delegations in Jalisco, Sonora, Yucatán, Nuevo León, and Veracruz, each with specified addresses and business hours. These changes apply to institutions, mutual societies, and other entities subject to the inspection and surveillance of the National Commission of Insurance and Sureties. The modification entered into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 19, 2021.
