Modifying Resolution of the Resolution that modifies the general provisions applicable to securities broker-dealers, published on January 4, 2018
The Mexican Banking and Securities Commission extends the effective date for the application of specific Financial Information Standards (B-17, C-3, C-9, C-16, C-19, C-20, D-1, D-2, and D-5) to January 1, 2021. This adjustment applies to securities broker-dealers to allow additional time to adjust their accounting information systems. The resolution itself entered into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on November 4, 2019.
