Multilateral And Organised Trading Facilities Rules
The Australian Financial Services Association issued the Multilateral and Organised Trading Facilities Rules to regulate trading platforms. The current version, MOTF_V3, incorporates amendments effective from 1 January 2025. This document supersedes previous versions and associated amendments to establish the operative regulatory framework for multilateral and organised trading facilities.
