Mutual Fund and Hedge Fund Amendment of Schedule 1 Regulations 2020
The Minister of Finance has amended Schedule 1 of the Mutual Fund and Hedge Fund Act to establish a comprehensive fee schedule for fund and administrator licensing. The updated regulations specify application fees ranging from $750 to $2,000 for private, professional, public, and exempt foreign funds, alongside corresponding annual licence fees. Additional miscellaneous charges are also defined for public register searches and official document copies.
