RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE NATIONAL BANK OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

of 8 September 2021 No. 2021-P-14/50-2-(PS)

On Amendments to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic 'On Approval of the State Classifier of Payment Turnover' of 30 November 2007 No. 51/4

In accordance with Articles 20 and 68 of the Law 'On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, Banks and Banking Activity', the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

1. To introduce into the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic 'On Approval of the State Classifier of Payment Turnover' of 30 November 2007 No. 51/4 the following amendments (attached).

2. To the Legal Department:

• publish this resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• after official publication, send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Normative Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution enters into force after fifteen days from the day of official publication.

4. To the Accounting and Reporting Department and the Banking Settlements Department to make the necessary amendments to the payment code directories in the General Ledger of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Batch Clearing System and the Gross Real-Time Settlement System.

5. To the Payment Systems Department:

• bring this resolution to the attention of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of the Kyrgyz Republic and commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• send this resolution to the Center for Standardization and Metrology under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic for subsequent state registration in the established procedure.

6. Control over implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the member of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic supervising the Payment Systems Department.
