State Classifier of Payment Turnover
The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, jointly with the Ministry of Finance, issued this State Classifier for Payment Turnover (GK 018-2007) to standardize and systematize non-cash payment purposes across the country. The document establishes an eight-digit hierarchical coding structure covering income, budget expenditures, asset and liability operations, non-budgetary services, and banking transactions. It mandates legal and physical persons to apply the prescribed codes for all non-cash payments within Kyrgyzstan to ensure transparency, facilitate national currency flow analysis, and align with existing fiscal regulations.
