On Amendments

to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

«On Approval of the «State Classifier

of Payment Turnover» of 30 November 2007 No. 51/4

In accordance with Articles 5, 9 and 64 of the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic «On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic», the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

• 1. To introduce amendments to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic «On Approval of the «State Classifier of Payment Turnover» of 30 November 2007 No. 51/4 (attached).

• 2. To the Legal Department:

  • from the day of receipt of the relevant documents, within 3 (three) working days, to publish this resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

  • after official publication, to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Normative Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

• 3. This resolution enters into force on 16 February 2026.

• 4. To the Accounting and Reporting Department and the Banking Settlements Department to introduce the necessary amendments to the payment code reference books in the Banking Information System «General Ledger», the Batch Clearing System and the Real-Time Gross Settlement System of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.

• 5. To the Supervision Methodology Department, within 3 (three) working days, this resolution:

  • to bring to the attention of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic;

  • to send to the Center for Standardization and Metrology under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic for subsequent state registration in the established procedure.

• 6. To the «Secretariat of the Board» Division, within 3 (three) working days, to bring this resolution to the attention of the Supervision Methodology Department, the Banking Settlements Department and the Accounting and Reporting Department.

• 7. To entrust control over the execution of this resolution to the member of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic supervising the Supervision Methodology Department.

To introduce the following amendments to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic «On Approval of the «State Classifier of Payment Turnover» of 30 November 2007 No. 51/4:

in the State Classifier of Payment Turnover approved by the above-mentioned resolution:

• 1) in the section «Income»:

  • to supplement Article 11511 with an element of the following content:
