On Amending the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic dated 30.11.2007 No. 51/4 "On Approval of the State Classifier of Payment Turnover", registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on 25.12.2007, registration number 118-07

Having considered the information of the Payment Systems Department on introducing amendments and additions to the State Classifier of Payment Turnover in order to bring it into compliance with regulatory legal acts, improve the systematization of indicators for analyzing flows of non-cash funds in the national currency and ensure their transparency, guided by Articles 7, 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLVES:

1. To approve, in a new version, Section 4 "Payments for Goods and Services, Assets and Liabilities of Non-Budgetary Institutions" and Section 5 "Banking Operations" of the State Classifier of Payment Turnover approved by Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic dated 30.11.2007 No. 51/4 "On Approval of the State Classifier of Payment Turnover" and registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, registration number 118-07 dated 25 December 2007 (attached).

2. The Payment Systems Department shall send the State Classifier of Payment Turnover to the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic for subsequent state registration in the established procedure.

3. The Legal Department shall:

• publish this resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic after registration with the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• after official publication, send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Normative Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution enters into force upon the expiry of 15 days from the day of official publication.

5. The Accounting and Reporting Department and the Banking Settlements Department shall make the necessary amendments to the payment code reference books in the Main Book of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Batch Clearing System and the Real-Time Gross Settlement System.

6. The Payment Systems Department shall bring this resolution to the attention of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. Control over the execution of this resolution shall be assigned to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, Zheenbekova B.Zh.
