RESOLUTION

On Amending the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the State Classifier of Payment Turnover" of 30 November 2007 No. 51/4

In accordance with Articles 7 and 43 of the Law "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

1. To introduce the attached amendments to the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the State Classifier of Payment Turnover" of 30 November 2007 No. 51/4.

2. The Payment Systems Department of the National Bank shall send this resolution to the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic for subsequent state registration in the established procedure.

3. The Legal Department shall:

• publish this resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic after registration with the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• after official publication, send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Normative Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution enters into force upon the expiry of fifteen days from the day of official publication.

5. The Accounting and Reporting Department and the Banking Settlements Department shall make the necessary amendments to the payment code directories in the Main Book of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Batch Clearing System and the Real-Time Gross Settlement System.

6. The Payment Systems Department shall bring this resolution to the attention of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. Control over the execution of this resolution shall be assigned to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Orozbaeva L.J.

AMENDMENTS to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the State Classifier of Payment Turnover" of 30 November 2007 No. 51/4

To introduce to the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the State Classifier of Payment Turnover" of 30 November 2007 No. 51/4 the following amendments:

in the State Classifier of Payment Turnover approved by the above-mentioned resolution:

• In the "Introduction" section, the details "of 9.12.2008 No. 203-p" after "The system of coding and classification of the sections 'Payments on income to the state budget', 'Payments on expenditures from the state budget', 'Payments on operations with assets and liabilities of budgetary organizations' is built in accordance with the classification structure of these operations approved by order of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic of 9.12.2008 No. 203-p" shall be replaced with "of 2 March 2016 No. 32-p";

• Group 11520000 "Import customs duties" shall be supplemented with subgroups 11525000 "Interest received for untimely fulfillment of obligations of member states to transfer amounts from the distribution of special, anti-dumping and countervailing duties" and 11526000 "Distributed special, anti-dumping and countervailing duties, the transfer of which to foreign currency accounts is suspended" with the corresponding elements in the following wording:
