RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE NATIONAL BANK OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

of September 18, 2019 No. 2019-P-14/48-4-(PS)

On Amendments and Additions to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approving the State Classifier of Payment Turnover" of November 30, 2007 No. 51/4

In accordance with Articles 20 and 68 of the Law "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, Banks and Banking Activity," the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

1. To make the proposed changes and additions to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approving the State Classifier of Payment Turnover" of November 30, 2007 No. 51/4 (attached).

2. To the Legal Department:

• to publish this Resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• after official publication, to send this Resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This Resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of fifteen working days from the date of official publication.

4. The Accounting and Reporting Department and the Banking Settlements Department shall make the necessary changes to the payment code directories in the General Ledger of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Batch Clearing System, and the Gross Real-Time Settlement System.

5. To the Payment Systems Department:

• to bring this Resolution to the attention of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• to send this Resolution to the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic for subsequent state registration in the prescribed manner.

6. Control over the implementation of this Resolution shall be entrusted to the Member of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic overseeing the Payment Systems Department.

CHANGES AND ADDITIONS to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approving the State Classifier of Payment Turnover" of November 30, 2007 No. 51/4

To make the following changes and additions to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approving the State Classifier of Payment Turnover" of November 30, 2007 No. 51/4:

in the State Classifier of Payment Turnover approved by the aforementioned Resolution:

1) to reword the name of code 14310000 "Fines, penalties, confiscations" as follows:

"Fines, penalties, sanctions, confiscations";

2) to reword the name of code 14311000 "Fines, penalties, confiscations" as follows:

"Fines, penalties, sanctions, confiscations";

3) to reword payment code "14311100" as follows:

"14311110";

4) to add item "14311120" with the following content after item "14311100" in group 14300000 "Fines, penalties, sanctions, confiscations":

"14311120 'Penalties, financial sanctions on fines';

5) in Appendix B:

• in Section II "Income Classification" in the category "Non-tax revenues" (14) in the paragraph "14311100", replace the digits "14311100" with "14311110";

• in Section II "Income Classification" in the category "Non-tax revenues" (14), add a paragraph "14311120" with the following content after the paragraph "14311100":

"14311120 Monetary funds for untimely payment of fines are accounted for."
