It so happens that, after that procedure, other persons were indicted for the practice of analogous acts, justifying their inclusion in the National Designated List. In terms of Article 25, item i) of Law No. 15/2023, of August 28, it is incumbent upon the Attorney General to, within the scope of the designation process of individuals or legal entities, groups, organizations, or entities for inclusion in the National List, "update and publish the National List of designated individuals or legal entities, groups, organizations, or entities". Thus, under the terms of the foregoing, in conjunction with No. 1 of Article 26 of Law No. 15/2023, of August 28, which establishes the legal regime for the prevention, repression, and combat of terrorism and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, I designate, for the purposes of updating the National List, the individuals who appear in the attached list, which forms an integral part of this order. Case No. 267/GCCCOT/2023 was initiated, and the defendant was charged on 12/28/2023, and the case was sent to the Judicial Court of Cabo Delgado Province on 01/23/2024 for trial, for the practice of the crimes of;

Case No. 265/GCCCOT/2023 was initiated, and the defendant was charged on 12/16/2023, and the case was sent to the Judicial Court of Cabo Delgado Province on 01/12/2024 for trial, as there is sufficient evidence of the practice of the following crimes:
