The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits written comments on an application by Eileen Ballestas to operate a check cashing service general facility in Hartford, with comments due within ten days. Additionally, CennConn Credit Union, Inc. filed for a new location in Wallingford, and Corporate America Family Credit Union provided notice to relocate from Bristol to Bristol.
