The Connecticut Department of Banking approves Union Savings Bank to open a branch in Southbury, approves Collinsville Savings Society to relocate a branch in Canton, and accepts Prime Bank's application to file for a limited branch in Woodbridge. The Department grants Mutual Security Credit Union, Inc. approval to merge with Main Street Members Federal Credit Union, with the former remaining as the resulting entity. Additionally, the Commissioner denies investment adviser registration to Walsh Capital Management, LLC for failing to meet experience requirements, and revokes agent registration for David Michael Faubert due to violations involving unregistered securities, private transactions, and fraud.
