Rockville Bank is approved to relocate its branch in Coventry, while Sikorsky Financial Credit Union has filed to relocate its location in Shelton. The Commissioner entered a Consent Order with McKinnon & Company, Inc., requiring the Virginia firm to pay $10,000 for unregistered broker-dealer activity and to implement revised compliance procedures. The firm's Connecticut broker-dealer registration became effective on August 10, 2005.
