The Connecticut Department of Banking approved a branch application for Fairfield County Bank in Bridgeport and accepted a relocation filing for Dime Bank in Norwich. The department also processed several check cashing service license applications, approving one for Jajaj Odimeh d/b/a Lillys Cash A Check and accepting filings for Ecua Express LLC, Share Financial Holdings LLC, and Jaz Check Cashing LLC. Additionally, Condor Capital Corp. entered a settlement agreement admitting to misstatements in a license renewal, failure to pay a civil judgment, and non-cooperation, resulting in a ten thousand dollar civil penalty and a cease and desist order.
