Liberty Bank is approved to relocate its branch from Middletown to Cromwell, while Mutual Security Credit Union, Inc. is scheduled to close its Shelton branch on March 30, 2009. Vennie L. Watts is prohibited for one year from applying for mortgage licenses or serving as an officer or director of mortgage entities following allegations of issuing false rent verifications. Eagle Mortgage Group, LLC and Province Mortgage Associates, Inc. resolved violations regarding unregistered loan originators by paying $3,000 and $4,000 contributions to the State Regulatory Registry LLC, respectively.
