Dime Bank is authorized to open a branch at 4 Cannon Square in Stonington, CT, with public comment on its community service plan available for 30 days. The Commissioner entered into a settlement with Allied Interstate, Inc., requiring the surrender of its consumer collection agency license for failing to maintain a required surety bond. Additionally, a notice of intent to revoke the mortgage broker license of Allied Financial Services, LLC, and impose a civil penalty was issued for violating a prior summary suspension order.
