Fairfield County Bank Corp. filed a community reinvestment plan for public comment in connection with its merger with Fairfield Interim Bank and the acquisition of Fairfield County Bank. Metropolitan District Employees Credit Union, Inc. applied to relocate its main office from 555 Main Street to 250 Murphy Road in Hartford. The Banking Commissioner entered a Consent Order with CRF Group, LLC and Eric Kipperman, barring Kipperman from transacting business in Connecticut for ten years and requiring the distribution of recovered funds to affected investors, while imposing no fine due to inability to pay.
