The Connecticut Department of Banking granted approval for Metropolitan District Employees Credit Union, Inc. to relocate its main office from 555 Main Street to 250 Murphy Road in Hartford. UPS Capital Business Credit filed applications for limited branches in Mexico and Peru, while The Connecticut Bank and Trust Company filed a notice of intent not to disapprove a branch activity in Hartford. The Department entered into a Stipulation and Agreement with Millbrae Natural Gas Development Fund 2005, L.P., requiring a $2,300 fine and prohibiting future securities offerings in Connecticut without compliance. Additionally, the Commissioner issued notices of automatic suspension and intent to revoke licenses for Best Deal Mortgage LLC and M & W Financial Services, Inc. due to failures to maintain required surety bonds.
