Additionally, the Commissioner reversed previous penalties against Allied Financial Services, LLC and Ayeshah Malik, ordered Richmond Results, LLC to pay a $10,000 civil penalty for unlicensed debt negotiation, and entered settlement agreements with Allied Financial and Phoenix Mortgage, LLC regarding record-keeping and licensing violations.
