The Head of the Department of Supervision of Cooperatives and Non-Banking Institutions (Desuc), Substitute, in the exercise of the authority conferred upon him by Article 23, item I, letter "a", of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Resolution BCB No. 396, of June 27, 2024, based on Article 91, item I, letter "d", of the aforementioned Regulations,
R E S O L V E S:
Article 1. The transmission of information regarding consortium operations, as provided for in Article 54 of Resolution BCB No. 285, of January 19, 2023, must be carried out monthly, until the 30th day of the month following the reference date, through Document 2080 - Position of Quotas and Groups of Consortium Operations - Real Estate and Movable Property.
