NORMATIVE INSTRUCTION BCB NO. 80, OF FEBRUARY 23, 2021

Amends the layout of document code 1501 - Information regarding guarantees constituted on real estate relative to credit operations (ACNV1501), as provided for in Article 2 of Circular Letter No. 3,730, of October 8, 2015.

The Heads of the Department of Financial System Regulation (Denor) and the Department of Financial System Monitoring (Desig), in the exercise of the authority conferred upon them by Article 23, item I, letter "a", of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287, of February 27, 2015, having in view the provisions of Resolution No. 4,088, of May 24, 2012, Circulars Nos. 3,747, of February 27, 2015, and 3,953, of July 10, 2019, and Circular Letter No. 3,730, of October 8, 2015,

RESOLVE:

Art. 1 The field "Standardized Credit Operation Identifier (IPOC)", as provided for in Circular No. 3,953, of July 10, 2019, is included in the layout of document code 1501 - Information regarding guarantees constituted on real estate relative to credit operations (ACNV1501), available on the Central Bank of Brazil's website at the electronic address https://www.bcb.gov.br/estabilidadefinanceira/leiautedocumentoscrd.

Art. 2 The completion of the "Standardized Credit Operation Identifier (IPOC)" field, referred to in Article 1, is mandatory for the provision of information as provided for in Circular No. 3,747, of February 27, 2015, regarding records made from May 1, 2021.

Sole Paragraph. The use of the field referred to in the caput is permitted for records made from the entry into force of this Normative Instruction.

Art. 3 This Normative Instruction enters into force on April 1, 2021.
