Notice 1003 Submission of Statistics and Returns
The Monetary Authority of Singapore issued Notice 1003 to mandate merchant banks to submit statistical returns and reports. The notice specifies the applicable banking forms, completion notes, and submission timeframes for both locally incorporated merchant banks and branches. It is issued pursuant to section 26(1) of the Banking Act and includes recent amendments effective from July 2024.
