Merchant banks in Singapore must furnish information set out in reporting forms to the Authority, with approval by the chief executive or an authorized person. Monthly returns are due no later than 10 days after the end of each month, quarterly and half-yearly returns within 30 days after the reporting period, and yearly returns within 3 months after the financial year closes. If a deadline falls on a non-business day, submission is permitted on the next business day. These requirements apply to reporting periods ending on or after specific dates in 2021 and 2022.
