Notice 1117 Collection of Statistical Returns for Renminbi Business Activities
The Monetary Authority of Singapore issued Notice 1117 to require all merchant banks to submit monthly statistical returns for Renminbi business activities. The regulation mandated the use of specific templates and instructions for reporting, applying even to banks with no such transactions. This notice was officially cancelled with effect from 1 July 2021, ending the reporting obligation.
