Notice No. 03/GGBM/96 of 11 July - Limits on Shareholdings in Other Companies
The Bank of Mozambique amended Article 3 of Notice No. 15/GGBM/94 to exempt shareholdings in other credit institutions, non-monetary financial intermediation institutions, credit auxiliary institutions, and insurance companies from previous restrictions. This regulatory change, issued by the Bank of Mozambique on 11 July 1996, specifically modifies the scope of limits on shareholdings in other companies for the affected financial entities.
