Notice No. 1/2007 on the Application of Prudential Regulation and Amendments to Notice No. 1/93
Notice No. 1/2007 allows institutions and groups to remain subject to the prudential regulation existing on December 31, 2006, throughout 2007, in line with EU Directives 2006/48/EC and 2006/49/EC. It amends Notice No. 1/93 by extending the deadline until December 31, 2007, for specific real estate leasing operations and loans, and for certain over-the-counter derivative contracts. Additionally, paragraph 4-B-3 of Part I of the annex to Notice No. 1/93 is suppressed. This notice enters into force immediately.
