Notice of Consultation Paper Release (15 Jun 2011)

The Dubai Financial Services Authority released two consultation papers proposing amendments to the Markets Law Regime regarding recognition and auditing, alongside updated corporate governance and remuneration standards for authorised persons. Stakeholders may submit written comments on these proposals by 4 August and 14 August 2011, respectively.
