Notice of Consultation Paper Release: CP 173
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has released Consultation Paper No. 173 proposing enhancements to its Collective Investment Funds Framework. Regulators invite stakeholders to submit feedback on these proposed regulatory changes to improve the oversight and structure of collective investment funds. The deadline for providing comments on this Consultation Paper is 7 September 2026.
