Subject: Notice of proposed amendments to certain articles of the "Insurance Broker Management Rules" and certain articles of the "Insurance Agent Management Rules".

Legal Basis: Article 151, Paragraph 2, in conjunction with Article 154, Paragraph 1 of the Administrative Procedure Act.

Announcement Details:

1. Amending Authority: Financial Supervisory Commission.
2. Legal Basis for Amendment: Articles 163, Paragraphs 4 and 8 of the Insurance Act.
3. The General Explanation and Article Comparison Table for the proposed amendments to the "Insurance Broker Management Rules" and the "Insurance Agent Management Rules" are attached. This case is also posted on the "Draft Announcement" webpage of the Commission's "Competent Authority Regulation Query System" website (URL: http://law.fsc.gov.tw/).
