Notice of Proposed Amendments to the Insurance Broker Management Rules and Insurance Agent Management Rules
The Financial Supervisory Commission of Taiwan issued a notice on July 9, 2026, announcing the proposed amendments to the Insurance Broker Management Rules and the Insurance Agent Management Rules. The draft revisions are based on Articles 163(4) and (8) of the Insurance Act and are available for public comment for 60 days following the announcement.
