Notice on Listing, De-Listing or Trading of Relevant Products on an Organised Market of an Approved Exchange or a Recognised Market Operator Incorporated in Singapore

The Monetary Authority of Singapore imposes ongoing and notification requirements on approved exchanges and recognised market operators incorporated in Singapore regarding the listing, de-listing, or trading of relevant products, excluding excluded warrants. Exchanges must ensure risks of disorderly trading are mitigated through appropriate price limits, position limits, or accountability thresholds, and must certify compliance with these requirements annually or upon listing. Prior to listing or de-listing, exchanges are required to notify the Authority by submitting signed documents confirming adherence to risk mitigation, economic utility, and operational capability standards within specified timeframes.
