Notice regarding the coming into force on March 1, 2014 of automobile insurance forms Q.P.F. no. 1 and Q.P.F. no. 5, and their endorsements, drafted in clear language
The Autorité des marchés financiers approves new automobile insurance forms Q.P.F. no. 1 and Q.P.F. no. 5, along with their endorsements, which have been revised for structure and clear language. All automobile insurers must use these new forms starting March 1, 2014, and must apply the revised scope to contracts sent prior to that date that remain in force. Insurers are prohibited from reducing commitments or increasing obligations for insureds if the new forms are not sent after the effective date.
