Notification regarding Exemption of Partex Cables Limited from the provision 3(2)(p) of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Public Issue) Rules, 2015.

Order No. SECI/IC/2009-193(Choto:) #06/50/Office/139:---Whereas, the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Public Issue) Rules, 2015, under Section 3(2)(p) of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Public Issue) Rules, 2015, requires a valuation report from a registered valuer for the public issue of securities by a company; and

Whereas, Partex Cables Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1994 (Company No. C-1 of 1969), has requested an exemption from the requirement to submit a valuation report from a registered valuer under Section 3(2)(p) of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Public Issue) Rules, 2015;

Now, therefore, the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission hereby grants the following exemption:

1. Partex Cables Limited is exempted from the requirement to submit a valuation report from a registered valuer dated on or after November 30, 2022.

2. This exemption is granted under Section 3(2)(p) of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Public Issue) Rules, 2015.
