This office modifies the terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of Punto Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V. to reflect an increase in social capital, setting the minimum fixed social capital at $123,500,000.00. The entity is required to inform the Commission of the publication date of this modification in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of such publications. These publications must be processed within fifteen business days following receipt of this office.
