Subject: Official Signatory of the Asset Management Company.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject mater, the Commission hereby instructs all the Asset Managers registered under the সিকিউরিটিজ ও এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন (মিউচ্যুয়াল ফান্ড) বিধিমালা, ২০০১ that only Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Asset Management Company shall correspond with the Commission and in absence of him on official ground, any top official approved by the respective Board of the Company may correspond with the Commission but must attach his approval along with the correspondence letter. Otherwise, the correspondence shall not be considered as legitimate correspondence with the Commission.

In this regard, all Asset Management Companies are instructed by order to submit their name of Official Signatory and relevant Board approval within 15 (fifteen) working days of receiving this letter.
