This circular revokes OJK Circular Number 25/SEOJK.05/2015, which previously required Sharia insurance and reinsurance companies to adjust investment valuations and solvability calculations due to global financial conditions. The revocation is based on the assessment that global market indicators, including currency exchange rates, interest rates, and stock indices, have stabilized and returned to fair value levels as of late 2015. Consequently, the specific requirements for anticipating risks of failure in managing assets and obligations under the revoked circular are no longer applicable.
