On Amending Certain Resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

In accordance with Articles 20 and 68 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, Banks and Banking Activities", Article 15 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Guarantee Funds in the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

• 1. To introduce the following amendment to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulation 'On the Establishment and Registration of Guarantee Funds in the Kyrgyz Republic'" of 09.09.2019 No. 2019-П-33\47-2-(НФКУ):

  • to supplement paragraph 3 with a second subparagraph of the following content:

    • "Guarantee funds of the Kyrgyz Republic shall, within a six-month period from the day of entry into force of this resolution, bring their activities into compliance with this resolution.".

• 2. To introduce the following amendment to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Rules for Regulating the Activities of Guarantee Funds" of 09.09.2019 No. 2019-П-33\47-3-(НФКУ):

  • to supplement paragraph 3 with a second subparagraph of the following content:

    • "Guarantee funds of the Kyrgyz Republic shall, within a six-month period from the day of entry into force of this resolution, bring their activities into compliance with this resolution.".

• 3. To introduce the following amendment to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Introducing Additions and Amendments to Certain Regulatory Legal Acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" of 09.09.2019 No. 2019-П-33\47-4-(НФКУ):

  • to supplement paragraph 3 with a second subparagraph of the following content:

    • "Guarantee funds of the Kyrgyz Republic shall, within a six-month period from the day of entry into force of this resolution, bring their activities into compliance with this resolution.".

• 4. To the Legal Department:

  • to publish this resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

  • after official publication, to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

• 5. This resolution enters into force from the day of official publication.

• 6. To the Department of Supervision of Non-Bank Financial and Credit Organizations to bring this resolution to the attention of guarantee funds of the Kyrgyz Republic.

• 7. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the member of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic supervising the Department of Supervision of Non-Bank Financial and Credit Organizations.
