On Amending the Annex to Decision No. 38/3 of the National Financial Market Commission Regarding the Deletion of Securities Issued by Certain Joint Stock Companies
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova amended Decision No. 38/3 to reverse the deletion of securities issued by the Joint Stock Company "PROVIT" from the Register of Issuers. This change was necessitated by a court decision that annulled the prior judicial order which had originally led to the company's removal from the state register of legal entities. Consequently, 1,065,155 ordinary Class I shares of PROVIT are reinstated in the register with their status as of the date of the initial deletion.
