ON AMENDING THE LIST OF DOCUMENTS GENERATED IN THE ACTIVITIES OF COMMERCIAL BANKS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN, WITH INDICATION OF STORAGE PERIODS

This resolution will be removed from the state register from August 10, 2021, by order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 6, 2021, No. 11-mx "On the Removal of Certain Departmental Regulatory Legal Acts from the State Register of Departmental Regulatory Legal Acts" (reg. No. 3298 dated 06.05.2021).

Based on Articles 7 and 51 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. To introduce additions to the "[List](/docs/599392?ONDATE=05.08.2000 00#599467) of documents generated in the activities of commercial banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with an indication of storage periods", approved by the resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 3, 2000, No. 10/10 (reg. No. 951 dated July 26, 2000) according to the appendix.

2. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten days from the date of its state registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. Control over the execution of this resolution shall be entrusted to the Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank M.Yo. Eshmatov.
