418 On Amendments and Additions to the Regulation on the Licensing Procedure for Microcredit Organizations

Registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 14, 2009, Registration No. 1635-1

(Enters into force on September 24, 2009)

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Vedomosti Oliy Majlisi of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1995, No. 12, Art. 247), "On Microcredit Organizations" (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, No. 37-38, Art. 372), the Board of the Central Bank decides:

1. Make amendments and additions to the Regulation on the Licensing Procedure for Microcredit Organizations (Reg. No. 1635 of October 31, 2006) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, No. 43-44, Art. 436) according to the Appendix.

2. This decision enters into force upon the expiration of ten days from the day of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

APPENDIX
to the Decision of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 15, 2009 No. 23/4

Amendments and Additions Made to the Regulation on the Licensing Procedure for Microcredit Organizations

1. Delete the fourth paragraph of point 14.

2. Supplement point 24 with the following sentence:
   "When issuing a duplicate, half the amount of the fee established by legislation is charged."

3. Supplement point 25 with the following third paragraph:
   "non-compliance of the head of the executive body of the microcredit organization with the qualification requirements imposed by the Central Bank."
