RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTON

On Amendments to Certain Departmental Regulatory Legal Acts Adopted by the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "On Registration of Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Foreign Citizens, and Stateless Persons at Their Place of Residence and Stay", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Amendments shall be made to certain departmental regulatory legal acts adopted by the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the Appendix.

2. This resolution enters into force from the date of its official publication.

to the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 14, 2025, No. 27/10

Amendments being made to certain departmental regulatory legal acts adopted by the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the [Regulation](/docs/-4909887?ONDATE=01.10.2020 00#-4917359) on the procedure and conditions for granting permission for banking activity, approved by Resolution No. 12/1 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 25, 2020 (registration number 3252, June 30, 2020) (National Database of Legislative Acts, June 30, 2020, No. 10/20/3252/1098):

1. the word "permanent" shall be deleted from sub-item 10 of item 107;

2. the words "Propiska place (place of residence according to documents)" and "Place of residence (actual place of residence)" in the [text](/docs/-4909887?ONDATE=05.10.2022 00#-4919417) of Annex 6 shall be replaced, respectively, with the words "Place of residence" and "Place of stay";

3. the words "Actual place of residence" and "Permanent place of residence" in the [text](/docs/-4909887?ONDATE=05.10.2022 00#-4919440) of Annex 11 shall be replaced, respectively, with the words "Place of stay" and "Place of residence".

2. In item 7, sub-item "b", sixth paragraph of the [Regulation](/docs/-5664111?ONDATE=30.09.2021 00#-5665439) on the procedure for digital identification of customers, approved by Resolution No. 20/5 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 6, 2021 (registration number 3322, September 30, 2021) (National Database of Legislative Information, September 30, 2021, No. 10/21/3322/0923-son), the words "permanent or temporary place of residence" shall be replaced with the words "place of residence or place of stay".

3. In the [Regulation](/docs/-6401250?ONDATE=29.07.2025 00#-7675088) on the procedure for passing through the permitting and notification procedures in the field of activity of non-bank credit organizations, approved by Resolution No. 30/26 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 30, 2022 (registration number 3423, March 7, 2023) (National Database of Legislative Information, March 9, 2023, No. 10/23/3423/0129-son):

1. the word "permanent" shall be deleted from the third and sixth paragraphs of sub-item 2 of item 16;

2. the words "Registered place (place of residence according to documents)" and "Place of residence (actual place of residence)" in the [text](/docs/-6401250?ONDATE=29.07.2025 00#-7675425) of Annexes 2a and [3](/docs/-6401250?ONDATE=29.07.2025 00#-7675492) shall be replaced, respectively, with the words "Place of residence" and "Place of stay";

3. the words "Permanent place of residence" in the [text](/docs/-6401250?ONDATE=29.07.2025 00#-7675570) of Annex 81 shall be replaced with the words "Place of residence".
