The National Securities and Stock Market Commission approves a new Regulation establishing reporting procedures for depository institutions, replacing Decision No. 992 of June 11, 2013. The Regulation mandates the submission of daily, monthly, and irregular data regarding securities accounting operations, beneficial owners, and administrative activities using specific XML formats and reference systems. Reporting deadlines are set for the next business day for daily data, the last day of the following month for monthly data, and within three working days for irregular data, with the Regulation entering into force on July 1, 2026, or the day after official publication.
