Resolution

Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On recognizing as void the resolution ‘On approval of the Regulation on issuance and circulation of bonds of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan for legal entities’, and its amendments and additions

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. To recognize as void certain departmental normative‑legal acts according to the appendix.
2. This resolution enters into force on the day of its official publication.
