Stephen the Great and Holy Blvd., no. 77, Chisinau municipality, MD 2012, tel: (373 22) 859 401, www.cnpf.md, e-mail: office@cnpf.md DECISION 24 August 2026 No. 43/7 On the registration in the Register of securities issuers of securities according to the report on the results of the V-th issuance of bonds, of class VII, within the Offer Program (IV), issued by Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA Following the examination of the application of Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under no. 7297 on the date of 21.08.2026) regarding the registration in the Register of securities issuers of securities according to the report on the results of the bond issuance, as well as of the documents submitted, based on Law no. 171/2012 on the capital market, art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), art. 18 para. (3), art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, Instruction on the stages, terms, method and procedures of registration of securities (Decision CNPF no. 13/10/2018) and pt. 16, pt. 19 and pt. 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (Decision CNPF no. 57/11/2022), The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. There are registered in the Register of securities issuers the securities according to the report
   on the results of the V-th issuance of bonds, within the Offer Program (IV), of Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA (IDNO 1002600003778, MD-2012, Chisinau municipality, 31 August 1989 Str., no. 127), in the amount of 200 000 000 lei, in number of 10 000 nominative bonds of class VII, with the nominal value of 20 000 lei per bond, with the circulation term of 3 years, with the floating interest rate, connected to the weighted average rate of interest on new deposits attracted total in the banking sector (in national currency), with the term from 6 to 12 months, published on the official website of the National Bank of Moldova (www.bnm.md) on the date of the first day of the public offer period (27.07.2026) and which changes, annually, on the same date (month and day) + fixed margin of 1.50%, being paid monthly, with ISIN code MD1004000276.
2. Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA, at each date of modification
   annual of the interest rate, according to the provisions of the prospectus, will make public, in the same manner established for the publication of the prospectus, a notice, with the concrete specification of the annual interest rate, modified according to point 1.
3. This Decision may be challenged by filing a prior application to the CNPF
   (MD-2012, Chisinau municipality, Stephen the Great and Holy Blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
4. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient according
