On the Approval of Securities Valuation Acts Held by Fiduciary Administrators CF BV Fiduciar Invest SA and Compania Fiduciara a Feroviarilor SA
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova approved the valuation acts for securities held in fiduciary administration by CF BV Fiduciar Invest SA and Compania Fiduciara a Feroviarilor SA, authorizing their sale via auction. The Commission permitted the Moldova Stock Exchange to exclude these closed joint-stock companies from open positions and mandated that liquidation committee presidents notify the Commission within three working days of any redemption or sale requests. This decision, adopted on December 30, 2025, is effective immediately and subject to appeal within 30 days.
