On the approval of the mandatory withdrawal application addressed to the shareholders of the Joint Stock Company "DRUMURI-BRICENI"

3. This Decision enters into force from the date of its adoption, complies with the legislation, and is published on the official website.

Taking note of the results of the voluntary acquisition of shares issued by the Joint Stock Company "DRUMURI-BRICENI" and following the examination of the mandatory withdrawal application of the offeror, the Joint Stock Company "DRUMURI-BAI", submitted through the intermediary "BROKER-MD" SA, as well as the related materials (registered with the National Bank of Moldova (NBM) under No. 6300 on 22.08.2025).

In accordance with Art. 20 para. (1), Art. 22 para. (3), and Art. 25 para. (2) of Law No. 102/1998 on the National Bank of Moldova, Art. 20 para. (9) and Art. 30 of Law No. 17/2012 on the capital market, point 120, point 122, and point 123 of the Regulation on public offers for purchase (NBM Decision No. 33/1/2015), point 16 and point 19 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Bank of Moldova (NBM Decision No. 57/11/2022).

THE NATIONAL BANK OF MOLDOVA DECIDES:

1. The mandatory withdrawal application, initiated by the offeror, the Joint Stock Company "DRUMURI-BAI", addressed to the shareholders of the Joint Stock Company "DRUMURI-BRICENI" (ID No. 1003604005869, MD-4701, Briceni city, M. Frunze str., No. 18), is approved. The subject matter of the application consists of 3,621 ordinary nominal shares.

2. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary application to the NBM (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
