On the Approval of the Prospectus for the Voluntary Takeover Offer of Shares Issued by Drumuri-Balti JSC
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova approved the prospectus for a voluntary takeover offer initiated by Magistrala-Nord SRL to acquire 52,041 ordinary shares of Drumuri-Balti JSC at a price of 22.40 lei per share. The offer is scheduled to last for 15 days from the date of initiation and was authorized under relevant capital market and commission regulations.
