On the deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of the securities, previously issued by the Foreign Capital Enterprise "BUSINESS-INVESTITII PENTRU TOTI" SA

Following the examination of the application of the Limited Liability Company "BUSINESS-INVESTITII PENTRU TOTI" (registered with the National Financial Commission (CNPF) under No. 8040 on 08.09.2026) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on
28.09.2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 8777),

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies, art. 8 lit. m), art. 18 para. (3), art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, the Instruction on the stages, terms, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision CNPF No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, pts. 19 and pts. 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Commission (Decision CNPF No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities, previously issued by the Foreign Capital Enterprise "BUSINESS-INVESTITII PENTRU TOTI" SA
   (IDNO 1002600006768), in the amount of 6,013 ordinary shares, with the identification number MD14BUSI1000, are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers, as a result of reorganization by transformation into the Limited Liability Company "BUSINESS-INVESTITII PENTRU TOTI".

2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request
   to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient
   according to the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
