77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., Chisinau, MD 2012, tel: (373 22) 859 401, www.cnpf.md, e-mail: office@cnpf.md DECISION October 6, 2026 No. 52/6 On the Deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of the IVth Issue, Class I Bonds from the Offer Program (I), Previously Issued by Banca Comerciala "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA Following the examination of the application of Banca Comerciala "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA, as the issuer of the primary public offer of bonds (No. C140A08/E00568 dated 29.09.2026, registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) with No. 8849), regarding the deletion from the Securities Issuers Register of the bonds from the IVth issue, Class I, from the Offer Program (I), as well as the documents related to it, under the Law No. 171/2012 on the capital market, Art. 8 lit. m), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instructions on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018) and points 16, point 19 and point 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022), The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The bonds from the IVth issue, Class I, from the Offer Program (I), previously issued by Banca
   Comerciala "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA (IDNO 1002600003778), in the number of 4,399 securities, with a nominal value of 20,000 lei and with the identification number MD1004000045, are deleted from the Securities Issuers Register as a result of their maturity.
2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the
   CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient according
   to the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
