On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers for „ELEGANȚA” Joint Stock Company
The National Commission for the Financial Market of Moldova issued Decision No. 25/8 on 21 May 2024 to formally register „ELEGANȚA” Joint Stock Company’s securities restructuring and capital increase in the Register of Securities Issuers. The ruling increases the nominal value of ordinary shares from 10 to 13 lei and adds 140,958 lei of equity capital, bringing the total share capital to 610,818 lei across 46,986 shares. The decision takes immediate effect upon publication and may be appealed to the Commission within 30 days of notification.
