The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 47/7 to formally register additional securities for the joint-stock company „DRUMURI-CRIULENI” in the Register of Securities Issuers. The ruling approves the issuance of 74,880 registered ordinary shares valued at 748,800 lei, funded from non-monetary assets, thereby increasing the company's total share capital to 43,138,760 lei.
